This Privacy Policy describes how MPRBrands, LLC and its affiliates, brands, franchisees, stores, and studios (collectively “MPRBrands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, disclose, and use personal information. Information We Collect
Information You Manually Provide. MPRBrands collects the information you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use this Site, for example, we collect the information you provide when you request service, sign up to receive a newsletter, send us questions, schedule an appointment, or otherwise interact with this Site. Some of the information you manually provide may be personal information, such as your name and contact information.
Characteristics of protected Classifications under certain state or federal law. MPRBrands may collect demographic information, such as your age, gender, personal preferences, race, or ethnicity. We treat that information as sensitive personal information under this policy and will be processed under opt-in consent.
Consumer Health Data. We may collect Consumer Health Data, which is broadly defined to mean individually identifiable health information or personal information that is linked or reasonably linked to a consumer that identifies a consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status. This information includes “biometric data” which i biometric identifiers such as data generated by automatic measurements of an individual’s biological characteristics, such as fingerprint, voiceprint, eye retinas, irises, or other unique biological patterns or characteristics that is used to identify a specific individual.
Commercial Information. We may collect information such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.
Payment Information. If provided and saved, credit card or debit card numbers or other payment or financial information may be collected.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Platforms. You may be able to register with, log on to, or enhance your profile on this Site by choosing to automatically populate the requested data fields with information you previously provided to a third-party site or social media platform (such as Facebook). By doing this, you are asking the third-party platform to send us information, including personal information, from your profile on that platform. We treat that information as we do any other information you give to us when you register, log on, or enhance your profile.
Information from Your Browser or Device. MPRBrands collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser or mobile device. This information typically includes your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, geolocation data collected through GPS technology, and the pages you visit.
The information we receive may depend on your browser or device settings. The information we receive from your web browser and device typically is not, in and of itself, personally identifiable. However, we may combine it with other information in an attempt to identify you or we may combine it with information that does identify you. We currently do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information.
Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. We use “cookies” and other technologies to collect information and support certain features of this Site. For example, we may use these technologies to:

We collaborate and partner with businesses or vendors that may collect your information on our behalf, including data analytics companies. We may also gather information from social media platforms and online advertising networks, or from third parties which may provide your information via the ‘refer a friend’ function in our online services.

We and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers, use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, browser fingerprinting, recognition technologies and scripts, to analyze trends, administer the Website, tracking users’ movements around the Website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We use Local Browser storage to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Website or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity also use local storage to collect and store information. If you want to delete this data manually, you can do so with your browser tools or use our site(s) in a private mode which will remove this local storage immediately after use.
How We Use Your Information
We may use personal information and message data for internal purposes only. We do not sell or rent information about you. With our Franchisees. We may share information collected through this Site with our franchisees, which may be permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes and in any manner otherwise consistent with this Policy.

For example, we may partner with third parties to sponsor contests or other promotions, and we may share with these third parties the information you submit to us to participate in the contest or take advantage of the promotion. Joining this voluntary program is subject to our Terms and your opt-in consent. Minor Privacy

MPRBRANDS PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in MPRBrands General Privacy Policy, and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). If you do not reside in the State of California, this notice does not apply to you. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended from time to time (the “CCPA”) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Privacy Notice for California Residents.

Deletion Request Rights

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 ).
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to the Contact Information provided below. Only you or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Time and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services;
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives based on your providing us with your personal information.
