CEP Compression's Max Support Achilles Sleeve is specifically designed to effectively treat Achilles injuries without compromising mobility. Our medically inspired design protects and reduces tendon strain by using a silicone inlay that cradles the Achilles tendon. Industry leading medi compression aids in both support and encouragement of healthy blood flow in and around the ankle. Our 3D anatomical design provides a snug yet comfortable fit so you can feel completely confident on the field or in the gym.

Same day shipping available only on orders received by 3PM EST during regular business days Monday through Friday. ** US and CA 2-day air shipping only delivers Monday through Friday. So a 2-day air shipping order placed on Friday by 3PM EST, will deliver the following Monday. US & CA second day air shipping guarantees that UPS or Fedex will deliver your package within 2 days. We are not responsible for any delays with UPS or Fedex and will not refund shipping costs for their delay. US and CA Second day air shipping costs are non-refundable.

Occasionally, items will be on backorder. Customer service will notify you by phone or email to inform you of the duration of the delay and any comparable substitute that is available sooner.

Transit times will vary depending on your location, but range from 1-5 business days.

Please inspect all products upon receipt, to make sure they are correct and free from defect. Items may be returned to us for refund or exchange, for 45 days from purchase, if they are in new condition, including packaging.

**Please note that Bauerfeind, Prenatal Cradle garments, Prairie Wear, Jeunique, Juzo, ITA-MED/Gabriella, Underworks, Wearease, Leonisa and Fembrace products are excluded from the return policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error made on our part. In this case, we will refund the customer’s return postage via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, or offer a prepaid UPS return label.
